Access control and fill-level monitoring — Orašje, Bosnia and Herzegovina

Fill-level measurement and access control where the infrastructure is still being built. No power or network connection has to be brought to the site.

In Orašje we deployed an Online access control system integrated with fill-level sensors. A single solution therefore provides information on both who is using the container and how full it is. Every opening and every sensor reading reaches the operator panel.

Cellular coverage instead of extra infrastructure

The devices connect to the platform over the cellular network and run on their own battery power. Nothing has to be wired in at the site — neither power nor network. That matters particularly where infrastructure is still being built, or where the location sits far from existing installations.

Access control and fill level in one system

The client received a solution combining two functions: access control and fill-level monitoring. Data from both is available in one operator panel, with no need for separate devices and platforms.

A system ready to scale

The system is designed so that further locations can be added without changing how the whole is managed. This makes it possible to start with a specific need and expand the deployment gradually.
