Access control and fill measurement — Przelewice Arboretum, Poland

In Przelewice we deployed the SAC Online system, which records who uses the containers and when. The collection point serves several authorised organisations, so linking every opening to a specific user — and having a clear history of how each of them uses the point — mattered to the client.

The system was additionally fitted with a fill-level sensor, providing the information needed to plan collections.

Every opening counts

Different users have their own permissions to use the containers. Every opening is recorded in the operator panel, so the operator can see who used which container and when.

That matters particularly where several institutions share one point and billing is based on who uses it and how often.

Fill level helps plan collection

Access control answers who uses the containers; the fill sensor answers when they need emptying. The operator sees the current fill level and can plan collections by actual fill level, instead of relying solely on a fixed schedule.

One system, two sources of information

Przelewice combines access control with fill monitoring. Data about users and openings, and information about the state of the containers, are available in one system — which helps both with billing for use of the point and with organising collection.
